Say hello to my indrecibly dirty brushes!^^ My brushes get filthy so fast it's ridiculous and cleaning my brushes is a job I hate and can put off for weeks and weeks! There are lots of different products on the market and techniques on how to clean your brushes but here is how I do mine (when I can finally be bothered to sit and clean them all haha)....

First thing's first, you're going to need sort of soap (well I guess the first thing would actually be dirty brushes, but we'll go with you already have some of them!!). There are many brush cleaners you can buy usually with a hefty price tag that comes along with them, but all I use is a simple shower gel. This one is Clean On Me By Soap and Glory (£6.00), if you clean your body with it chances are its good enough for your brushes and I feel its works out just fine for me, I like to use a scented soap as it makes my brushes smell better but if you have super sensitive skin and don't like putting fragranced products on it then a simpler shower gel with no fragrance will the just the same thing.

To clean your brushes all you have to do its dampen your hand with some hot water (hot water is better to use than cold water as it will kill more germs) and put a small pump of shower gel into the palm of your hand, then take the brush and dampen that with hot water and swirl it round in the soap until the suds become white or you feel it is clean, then run the brush under hot water until the water is clear and all of the soap is off the brush, repeat this step with all of your brushes.

Lastly you want to leave your brushes out to dry I like to do them quite late then I can leave them to dry all night and they are ready to be used in the morning, I lay all of my brushes out on a towel, I like to fold one side of the towel and leave the brushes tipping downwards so that none of the water can run onto the brush or else you'll find that the bristles will start to fall out.

So that how I clean my makeup brushes, if you have any questions leave them in the comments. I hope you enjoyed, thanks for reading :)

So brows are a huge thing right now, everybody wants to know how to get the perfect brows plucked and arched to perfection! I've been trying to get my brows how I want them for years, trial and error has been a good friend of mine and I think I've finally cracked it!

I take a lot of care of my eyebrows and recently I picked up this new product by Soap and Glory, its called Archery (£10.00), I bought this because boots had a three for two offer on and you just can't pass that up! haha And i'm glad I did because I love it!!

I used to have a product that was similar to this and I loved it but never picked it up again and then I found this one and it's cheaper and better! This one has two sides, one thin brush which is a brow tint and the other side which is a 'precision shaping pencil'.

Please ignore my dark circles and the mascara smudges under my eyes...we don't need to talk about that hahaha. So here is a before and after I did my brows, I waxed threaded and plucked my brows so I liked the shape, they were getting a bit messy again and I needed to redo them and then I used Archery to fill them in. I first used the 'tint' side of the pen to sort of outline my brows and I did this on the bottom of them to create a defined line and then I just went in with the pencil and filled in the rest of my brows focusing on the arch as that's where they're the thinnest.

Overall I am really impressed with this product it is better than any other brow product that I've used and it lasts all day! which is always a good thing, you don't want to be looking in the mirror half way through the day and realising you're missing half a brow ;) haha I would definitely recommend this product if you're looking to revamp your brows and it comes in two shades 'Love is Blonde' and 'Brownie Points' (Mine, obviously, is the brown one!)

Thank for reading, I hope you enjoyed and try it out :)

Whenever I buy I high end product I make sure I've heard a lot about it, I don't want to be spending over £20 on anything that's overrated and doesn't work as well as it should! So here is my review on MAC's Mineralize Skin Finish Natural, to help you decide if its worth the price tag!

I got this powder a couple of weeks ago after wanting it for years! I first saw this on YouTube when it had loads of hype around it and I'm pretty sure it was only £18....? I think? hahaha Now its £22 and I have got it in the shade Light Plus, and as far as the colour match goes this is close to perfect! (And i'm very pale!)

I've never had a high end powder before so I'm not sure what I expected, I am pretty impressed with this product and its the best powder that I've tried, it adds quite a bit of coverage when I put it over my foundation without having to build it up which is nice and I have recived quite a few compliments on my skin whilst wearing it! However I have tried powders like Maybelline Fit Me powder flawless, which gives almost as good coverage but just doesn't seem to last as long as the MAC one, but does saving £16 make it worth reapplying a couple of times? hmm, maybe?

I am happy with this product and I'm very glad that I bought it, it has made it's way into my everyday face routine and works really well, I think if this product is in your budget you should defiantly give it a go, however if its a little out of your price range, don't worry! You can find very similar products for a much cheaper price!

I hope this helped, thank you for reading :)
